This Statement of Privacy applies to the www.centurionservice.com website and Centurion Service Group (“Centurion Service Group,” “CSG” Centurion Service” “Centurion”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Centurion Service Group include www.centurionservice.com and Centurion Service Group. The Centurion Service Group website is an e-commerce site. By using the Centurion Service Group website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Use of your Personal Information

Centurion Service Group collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. Centurion Service Group may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Centurion Service Group and its affiliates. In such cases, our business partner’s name will appear, along with Centurion’s.

If you use on online social media resource offered by a Third Party (“Third Party SMR”) through the Centurion Website, you acknowledge that Centurion may be able to access any information you make public through such Third Party SMR (such as your username, comments, posts and contacts) and other information your privacy settings on such Third Party SMR permit Centurion to access. Centurion will comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the privacy policies applicable to the social media resources it uses.

Direct Mail, Email and Outbound Telemarketing, Third Party Advertising Platforms

Individuals who provide us with Personal Information, or whose Personal Information we obtain from Third Parties, may receive periodic emails, newsletters, mailings or phone calls from us with information on Centurion or our business partners’ products and services or upcoming special offers/events we believe may be of interest. We offer the option to decline these communications at no cost to the individual.

California Privacy Rights

California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the Third Parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties. Centurion does not share Personal Information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

GDPR Right to Erasure

Under Article 17 of the GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased. This is also known as the ‘right to be forgotten’. The right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances and must be formally requested.
