Proxy Bid Form
If you cannot participate live, on-site or online, there is still a way to participate in our auctions. A bidder can submit a maximum bid amount by submitting this form via fax to 708-343-7100. Credit Card Authorization Form
Bidders who pay a portion or the entire balance of their invoice by credit card will be asked to fill out the attached credit card authorization form after the auction and fax it to us at 708-343-7100. Click here to download.
Pick Up Authorization Form
Buyers who have paid their invoice will be asked to fill out the attached pick up authorization form after the auction before their equipment can be removed and fax it to us at 708-343-7100.
