Centurion has the ability to ascertain the in-place value, the fair market value, and
the forced and orderly liquidation values of single assets or entire facilities.
We are able to advise which definition should be applied, depending upon its application and do both on-site and desk-top appraisals.
On-site appraisals are the most accurate way to inventory and value the assets to be appraised. The primary items are appraised separately and the less
significant assets are grouped for a lot value.
We are also able to provide multiple definition values.
Desk-top appraisals are a less expensive method of appraising assets and have its place in the appraisal process. It requires the facility, or lending
institution, to send a detailed list of the equipment to Centurion.
